Areas are accurately measured using a Moasure measuring tool. Final prices depend on the condition of the surface, access, preparation required, materials used and the work involved. All prices shown are guide prices and a final quotation will be provided before work begins.

Sanding, Sealing & Restoration Prices
Block Paving Re-Sanding
Kiln-dried sand brushed into the joints after cleaning once the paving is fully dry, helping stabilise the blocks and restore the joints.

Block Paving Sealing – Optional
Professional block paving sealer applied after cleaning, re-sanding and full drying. Helps protect the paving, stabilise the jointing sand and reduce staining, weed growth and weathering.

Natural Stone Sealing
Specialist sealing for sandstone, limestone and other suitable natural stone. The correct sealer is selected according to the stone type, porosity and desired finish. Slate requires specialist sealing products and is priced higher.

Heavy Stain & Black Spot Treatment
Intensive treatment for heavily contaminated surfaces with stubborn black spot, lichen, algae and organic staining. May require stronger chemical treatments and/or repeat applications.

Patio Grouting & Repointing Prices
Brush-In Jointing Compound
Ready-mixed jointing compound brushed into clean, prepared patio joints. A cost-effective option suitable for many patios and paving types.

Flowpoint Slurry Grouting
Professional high-performance slurry grout applied to clean, prepared joints. Flowpoint provides a strong, durable finish but requires specialist application, careful timing and thorough cleaning during installation.

Final price depends on joint width, depth and material requirements.
Old Grout / Joint Removal
Care is always taken during removal; however, where power tools are required, there is a small risk of accidental damage to surrounding paving.
